Hello, friends especially foodies!

Talking about food you usually had in the afternoon for tea time, maybe vary, but this was a different story because we missed pasta and also waffle fries. That day, it was totally a disaster coming to a shopping center on holiday time because many so many people came there not only from Jakarta but also from other cities (OMG), have you found something like this before? For me as in introvert it was not a good thing to enjoy but there we were, stuck in the situation, where we were also difficult to find restaurant without lining up to get the seat……………. Luckily among that crowded in the shopping center that day, we hardly reached a restaurant which sold it all. Mom sat while me, I right away went to their order table to buy what we wanted and craved.

Here was the waiting lines, I needed to wait for another customer before me. You could see they hung their menu on the top behind.

Finally it was my turn to order, as you could see, this restaurant sold
western menus like many kind of burgers (premium, stack or even classic ones), for the toppings usually they used beef or chicken. There they also had fried chicken, kind of baked potato, potato pie, and they also had cheese fries bolognaise, macaroni melt and cheese, beef spaghetti, garden salad, soup, waffle fries, french fries, and also their signature dessert, frosty! But we didn’t want any chilled drink that time because we were just recovered from the cold we got. Also they got some other drinks, like soft drink, coco lychee tea, or minute maid aloe.

After ordered I was waiting for the cashier to take my fries and also the spaghetti, you could see that they had a quite large open kitchen behind their cashier table. It took around 10-15 minutes for the preparation time.

I ordered with the 1 IDR price voucher I bought, which made me got 11K IDR of coin cashback, so that for two portions of their bolognaise spaghetti plus a large portion of their waffle fries I paid net 85,000 IDR or around 5.86 USD.

Here what we had for our tea time that day, like I told you before. We got two messy bolognaise spaghetti…

It told you messy because they put cheese sauce on mine, but they didn’t put it on mom’s and looked they looked puzzled right, not pretty at all, no wonder, it was too crowded there that day, a busy day for the staffs there. We also still got a large portion of waffle fries, this was not common because in some branches they sometimes sold the fries out. Now let me talk to you about the taste and flavour of them!

** BOLOGNAISE SPAGHETTI **

The spaghetti was fine with the bolognaise sauce on the top and too small amount of the beef on its top.. It had savory (less savory than it usually) and sour sweet flavour. They didn’t dry it well so that it had a bit watery in the bottom, but it was okay, the texture of their spaghetti was like usually in medium thickness not too soft nor hard. Okay this bolognaise spaghetti was quite tasty!

** WAFFLE FRIES **

Next menu we also had were waffle fries. It had crunchy texture outside with yummy soft potato inside. It tasted savory and so tasty. I know that they marinated it first before frying it. Do you also like waffle fries?

I also don’t forget to show you, too many people there, look at their dining area.

Even though it was large, with air conditioner, we didn’t get any fresh air there that time, it was hot. So we didn’t spend a long time there after we finished our tea time snacks.
