Have you ever heard of a soup called Sop Janda? This is funny, if you change it to English Sop Janda means Soup Widow, Lol. Sop Janda is one of the dishes originating from Indonesia which consists of beef ribs with a sauce filled with green chilies like the picture above. This is my first time trying this dish and I love it. Even though the portion was huge, I was able to finish it myself. For those of you who are curious about the taste, you can try it yourself.
