Stir-fried winged bean | Tumis Kecipir recipe
Hello Asean members and everyone! How are you all? Hope everyone have a nice day. Last time I shared a recipe and some people seem to like it. I hope you guys will also like the recipe I'm about to share. This is a type of vegetable that is rarely found, in my area the name is Kecipir. I don't know what it's called in your area, even I don't know if this vegetable can be found in your country. Even so, I still want to share my simple recipe with all of you. Are you ready? let's begin!
INGREDIENTS
- Kecipir/Winged bean
- Chilli (According to your taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of shallot
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 powdered broth
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
- Cut all the ingredients that need to be cut (Don't forget to wash the ingredients)
- Heat the cooking oil and saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant
- Add chili and fry for a while. After that, add the Winged Beans and mix well
- Add a little water and spices and mix well. Cook until the spices are absorbed and don't forget to adjust the taste.
What do you think? Isn't it very easy to cook? Are you interested in trying to cook it at home? I hope so. Yeah, I hope you guys will like this recipe and give it a try. Actually this menu reminds me of my childhood. At that time I lived in the village with my grandparents. My grandmother used to make me stir-fried winged bean that she picked from the fields. While cooking this, I miss those days and miss my grandparents who have long passed away.
Well, I really thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope you will also look forward to the next posts. See you and have a good day!

Yeah, it's taste good. Thank you for stopping by!
The food recipe is really detailed when you explain it, and this can also make it easier for those who want to do it and practice it. Success is always my friend in making this concept.
Thank you!
You are welcome, friend.
Even though I'm making this comment in the middle of the night of course I look hungry after seeing the post you shared and of course it's one of my favorite vegetables and I haven't tasted it for a long time. Maybe I'll taste it soon after seeing what you show.
