THE SIMPLE RECIPE OF SALTED FISH MIXED WITH GREEN TOMATOES
I will share a very simple recipe. But before I share the recipe, let me say hello to everyone in this community. How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Yeah, it's been a while since I last posted on this community, and it's been a while since I posted on the hive community. I have been busy with my work, therefore I hardly have time to write. But then I started to miss the days when I posted every day, and now I'm trying to find time to write again. Alright, I don't want to talk too much anymore. Let's get started!
The recipe for the menu that I will share is a recipe for salted fish mixed with green tomatoes or baby tomatoes. This is a new recipe I made and it's my first time making it, but it tastes really good. So I want to share the recipe with you guys.
- SALTED FISH
I used kite-type salted fish. I don't know what it's called in your area.
- GREEN TOMATOES
- 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 5 CLOVES OF SHALLOT
- CHILLI
- 1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON OF SWEET SOY SAUCE
I don't use salt because the fish is already salty.
Step 1
Cut the ingredients that need to be cut.
Step 2
Soak the salted fish in hot water for a while and then wash it clean. After that fry in a little cooking oil.
Step 3
Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Add chopped green tomatoes and chilies and saute for a while.
Step 4
Pour enough water then add the spices.
Cook until done and don't forget to adjust the taste.
What do you think of the recipe? Actually, I was hesitant to share this recipe, because I also don't know if there is also salted fish abroad like in my country. But after thinking about it it doesn't matter even if there isn't, because I just want to share. But of course I hope there is also salted fish abroad, then you guys will try this recipe of mine.
Well, I want to thank those of you who read this post. Hope this is useful for you and I hope you like it. I hope you look forward to my next post, although I don't know when I will post again. I wish I could post every day like before again. Yeah, I'll give it a try. Once again, thank you and see you in the next post. See you and have a nice day!
