At the start of this week, Sunday, we played with Golf Course FC at their home ground and our boys were in their best form. They played with their whole hearts and gave us a positive result, we give kudos to the boys because football is not easy. It is easy when you only watch it.

The match was played within a 1-hour timeframe, that is 30 minutes each for both halves. A few minutes before the match started, some of their fans and their senior players which they later brought in underrated the boys because our boys are younger and they believed they would win us.

The match started and the home team kicked off the ball, after some mins, DFA got a chance to score but Donald didn't hit the ball very well and the Goal Keeper saved it easily. After that, we got an indirect freekick and the ball was going into their net after they played pass and shoot but unknowingly our player Biodun deflected it outside, which would have opened our scoring.

Some minutes later, Abdullah who plays in the midfield dribbled one of their defenders and shoot the ball into the net but the goalkeeper punched it down, Malik was there for a rebound and which opens our scoring.

The second and third goals came a few minutes later by the same boy from DFA, Donald. The third goal was fantastic as he dribbled through three opponents and hit it wide into the net.

The halftime ended as 0 - 3 in the favour of Decentralized Football Academy.

There was no goal in the second half until the referee announced it is 5 minutes before the end of the match. DFA got a late corner kick, the ball was passed to Shadrach and he dribbled one of the opponents and pass the ball down, Gabriel tap the ball into the net and that made it 0 - 4. The referee ended the match a few secs after they pass the ball from the center.

The boys did a very good job, they fight it from the beginning to the end of the match, kudos to them. In a few days this month, DFA will be 4 Years Old, we are grateful for everything we have achieved.
