63 Clinton, Drawing step by step /Rising Star.
It's a great pleasure to be back here with you all today. I want to show you my most recent drawing based on one of the impressive Rising Star cards. I painted 63 Clinton. If you'd like to see how I did it, I invite you to continue reading the post until the end.
The first step was to create the card frame, which consisted of several frames, one within the other. As you know, each one delimits one of the card sections.
In the following three screenshots, I'll show you how I drew the character in today's letter. I started with the legs, completing the entire outline, and then added various details to make it more realistic.
With that finished, I could start painting everything. As you can see, I painted the frame first, then worked my way in with other sections. For the frame, I used the exact color palette from the original card. But it's best if you see it for yourself.
