We seem to be on a positive streak on the boards, in the last edition we had a very good performance winning with a wide margin and this time it looked like it was going to be much more complicated.

I can't explain well the concept behind this league in Lichess, I only know that winning or being among the first places is a step further, there are a lot of extremely complicated players as we move forward and I noticed that in this set of games.

I didn't start this round well at all with a loss in the first game, I've learned a bit more not to use berserk too much to have time to think about the best moves, still it seems I wasted a lot of opportunities to get in front and ended up losing this first game.

The next round was going to be a bit kinder to me, and this is where I was able to score some points by including the berserk in the process, I was still a bit hesitant about my plans against heavier players but the important thing was to score in these opportunities.

I was even able to pull off a feat and take down a player ranked 400 points higher than me! I think this was my best game ever, I played sober without risking too much but the moment I saw the opportunity I took it without hesitation.

But whenever I thought I was on a winning streak someone came along to put my feet back on the ground, I don't think I played this game badly at all but I do think I didn't take my chances and worsened my position with every move

There were also other games where I played pretty solid and ended in a draw, maybe these are the games that bother me the most because I feel I could have done something early in the opening to avoid the situation where I have to take a draw to get a point.

Here it seems that everything went according to my plan, I had a position that I quite liked from the start and from there I pushed until I was able to win some material. still these opponents below 2000 rating are strong by their own merit.

This tournament had some of the strongest players we would have faced, there were a lot of titled players not usual in the tournaments I usually play but I think the strongest and the ones I had the hardest time facing were those players above 2000 rating.
