Book review: “Before the coffee gets cold” by Toshikazy Kawaguchi

I recently read the book “Before the coffee gets cold” by Toshikazy Kawaguchi. And you know, after this book you have very warm, nice feeling.

There are 4 stories, each of them with his own drama, hard feelings, and charm.

When I only started to read, I have bad impression about the book because of the first story.

I just couldn’t stop thinking, “Why she just doesn’t call him? Why? He is alive, he is abroad, but they both have phones. So, why?” So, yeah, as a reader, it was hard to understand, because it’s kinda didn’t have any sense.

But the 2d story very sensitive and heartbreaking. I even cry on the end of the story.

These stories not that complicated, it is more nice and meaningful. So I can recommend this book, it gives you very nice world with Japanese atmosphere, sweet exciting fantasy-travel stories, kinda real characters that trying to deal with some reticence, decision-making and theirs feelings.
