A Tale of Two Pizzas Weekly Winner(s) (Week 18)

The contrast in everyone's entries this week is absolutely stunning! It turns out all you need for an epic tale of romance, war, treachery, and action is a couple of Pizza's 😁. Well done everyone! From @an-man's entry bringing Manzanilla and his troops closer to the Pizza Baron's aid, tossing bodies aside as he comes, to the deep look into Danny's heart on display in @samsmith1971's piece, to @wrestlingdesires piece showing us that Danny is still capable of using the people he must to accomplish his goals by sending Delilah back home for evidence.

@wrestlingdesires I really appreciated your entry for showing us the contrast between how Danny treats someone that has set himself as his adversary- however unwittingly- and someone that intends to help him. Regardless of how Danny might feel about his daughter he managed to keep that in check and used her to further his cause. Your piece in conjunction with @Samsmith1971's really show these sides of Danny well!

@an-man Manzanilla is on the warpath, tromping over the bodies of those who stand in his way and pulling Dutch along in his wake. It certainly seems like the Preda's will be heavily outgunned here! You got me again this week with a couple of lines that made me laugh as well. "Manzanilla started to bellow from the briny depths of his plump body" will stay with me forever.

@samsmith1971 You've managed to peer behind Danny's ruthless no nonsense persona. We've had hints throughout our tale that there is more to him than meets the eye and your entry this week took us on a whole ride through his scarred psyche. After reading your piece I am surprised by how well he has treated Frederick Busk as a captive. It seems we might see fireworks when Tolcetta arrives in the mix. Thank goodness Delilah will be otherwise preoccupied!

You've all been doing amazing work here and I wouldn't dare to do anything other than award all three of you your customary stacks of Pizza and SBI! I appreciate the flexibility and patience over the holidays and this week as things have been pretty hectic! Expect the next section of our story

I'd love to see some other perspectives on things and think it is worth noting that of the three authors entering regularly only @wrestlingdesires jumped in at the very beginning, both @an-man and @samsmith1971 jumped into the storyline much later and have become key contributors to our narrative!
