Many times teachers are quick to write off students or belittle them, without evaluating their method or style of teacher.

That’s rather sad. Teaching requires a lot of patience as there are many factors involved when it comes to inculcating knowledge. Evaluation of both the learner, teacher and teaching techniques is a must as it helps recognize the strengths or weakness of the learner as well as the effectiveness of the strategies used, thereby making room for improvements where necessary.

That's a good practice.
I like the way you examine the correlation between a child learning and a teacher's skills/ abilities.
