Having an effective communication produces a better efficiency and business effectiveness.
Nowadays we are living wide processes where the transformation of processes is an essential factor and where society is an integral part of it, calling for reflection, both in the organization of ideas as well as the group of action to be carried out, these will undoubtedly adapt man to the environment, but also transform it.
Therefore it is required to be able to train proactive individuals, with communicative competences and aptitudes to work in team without limitations; it is for that reason that through communication the capacity to be able to understand and learn the forms of interdependence, as well as the respect for the values of pluralism, mutual understanding and above all the peace that is so much desired, becomes latent.
Therefore, one of the biggest problems that arise in all organizations is to unite a group of people to fulfill a common purpose, being frequent communication problems that occur in a work team, usually due to the personality and emotionality of each of its members.
These individual and group difficulties must be identified and analyzed by everyone in a serious and responsible manner, since effective interpersonal communication is important for the effective functioning of the entire organization in the chain that links all its members with their activities, allowing them to reach the established objectives in a faster and clearer way.
To conclude we can emphasize that human communication is a key basic process for the integration and existence of society as a whole, the more communication problems exist, the more difficulties we will have in society, it corresponds to be able to be more expressive, clear and communicative to leave the inconveniences aside and become a society where all its members can live together in healthy peace.
