A Picnic at the Regatas Palermo Lake [ENG/ESP]
Greetings friends, yesterday we decided to have a family picnic at the Regatas Lake in the neighborhood of Palermo. There was a lot of people in the street and the day was right to go for a walk and what better than spending the day in front of one of the most beautiful lakes in the neighborhood...
The weather was like that of a spring day and obviously everyone thought the same as I did.
We arrived at the lake and there were already many people taking advantage of the day and enjoying this great natural space. I had talked about this lake before but I had not had the opportunity to dedicate a day to enjoy it to the fullest.
Saludos amigos, el día de ayer decidimos hacer un picnic en familia en el lago de regatas en el barrio de Palermo. Había mucha afluencia de personas en la calle y el día era indicado para salir a pasear y que mejor que pasar el día frente a uno de los más bellos lagos del barrio...
El clima era como el de un día de primavera y obviamente todos pensaron los mismo que yo.
Llegamos al lago y ya se encontraban muchas personas aprovechando el día y disfrutando de este gran espacio natural. Ya anteriormente había hablado sobre este lago pero no había tenido la oportunidad de dedicarle un día a disfrutarlo a plenitud.
Many people come to the place and bring their pets, others decide to rent boats and get into the lake, sit on the lake shore, some ride bicycles, others drink mate, play soccer, and multiple activities. We decided to bring some food and play cards, we played racquets and did some skateboarding.
It is also impossible not to walk around the whole place admiring this natural beauty in the middle of the city, a wooded area that has in its surroundings golf and tennis courts and the famous forests of Palermo, although in this part it is a little quieter, I would say more exclusive.
Muchas personas vienen al lugar y llevan a sus mascotas, otros deciden rentar botes y meterse al lago, sentarse en la orilla del lago, unos pasean en bicicleta otros toman mate, juegan fútbol, y múltiples actividades. Nosotros decidimos llevar algo de comida y jugar a las cartas, jugamos raquetas y practicamos un poco skateboard.
Además es imposible no recorrer todo el lugar admirando esta belleza natural en medio de la ciudad, una zona boscosa que tiene en sus alrededores campos de golf y tenis y al famoso bosques de Palermo, aunque en esta parte es un poco más tranquilo, diría que más exclusivo.
To finish I show you some of the pictures I took while we were walking around the place where I show my little son playing cards, people enjoying the lake shore, and my family tasting snacks and obviously some good beers, because we are beer lovers haha😅
This is what we did yesterday during that nice weather, so this is a very fresh and recent moments post. Favorably today the day is much sunnier and there is an event about the Argentinian asado, some very cultural and characteristic of here, so we got ready to visit it and then I'll tell you 😃

Para finalizar les muestro algunas de las fotos que tomé mientras recorriamos el lugar en donde muestro a mi pequeño hijo jugando cartas, personas disfrutando a la orilla del lago, y de mi familia degustando snacks y obviamente de algunas ricas cervezas, porque nosotros somos amantes cerveceros jaja😅
Esto fue lo que hicimos el día de ayer durante ese agradable clima, así que este es un post muy fresco y de momentos recientes. Favorablemente hoy el día está mucho más soleado y hay un evento sobre el asado argentino, algún muy cultural y característico de acá, así que nos alistamos para visitarlo y luego les cuento 😃

Qué lindos se ven los parques cuando empieza a acercarse la primavera, con la gente ahí disfrutando del sol. En Mendoza tenemos ese mismo paisaje por estos días :D
