Camping Las Hoyas, Spa and Waterfall. Cabalango, Córdoba, Argentina 🇦🇷
Knowing new places through a previous planning is great although you would already be predisposed or prepared for what you are going to discover but something totally different is to find places that you were not looking for, this is what happened to us while we were driving through the town of Cabalango in the province of Cordoba. We had already visited the place and had even camped at the Cabalango camping site.
At that moment we were returning from a park with high altitude attractions, we took a little detour off the road and came across this natural beauty called "Las Hoyas".
Conocer nuevos lugares mediante una previa planificación es genial aunque ya estarías predispuesto o preparado para lo que vas a descubrir pero algo totalmente diferente es encontrar lugares que no estabas buscando, esto fué lo que nos pasó mientras estábamos conduciendo por la localidad de Cabalango en la provincia de Córdoba. Ya habíamos visitado el lugar e incluso habíamos acampado en el camping Cabalango.
En ese momento estábamos regresando de un parque con atracciones de alturas, nos desviamos un poco de la ruta y nos encontramos con esta belleza natural que se llama "Las Hoyas".

How about soaking up some sun while enjoying the sound of the river? / ¿Qué tal tomar un poco de sol mientras disfrutas del sonido del río?.
It's really difficult to choose which natural spa is your favorite since many have their own attractions but to tell the truth I consider that for me this is one of them. It is different, the landscapes and rock formations are particular and due to the passage of water have created wells that would be like small pools.
It's different because the water temperature is not so cold either, it is located in a much more open space than other spas, so it allows us to appreciate all the vast landscape, the gigantic mountains in the background and also right next to the campsite that has the same name.
Es realmente difícil elegir cuál balneario natural es tu preferido ya que muchos tienen sus propios atractivos pero a decir verdad considero que para mí éste es uno de ellos. Es diferente, los paisajes y las formaciones de rocas son particulares y debido al paso del agua se han creado pozos que serían como pequeñas piscinas.
Es diferente porque la temperatura del agua tampoco es tan fría, se encuentra en un espacio mucho más abiertos que otros balnearios, de manera que nos permite apreciar todo el extenso paisaje, las gigantescas montañas al fondo y además justo al lado se encuentra el camping que tiene el mismo nombre.

It has a beautiful waterfall that unlike the waterfall of Los Reartes is a little smaller but aesthetically it is more attractive.
Without thinking twice we decided to go down and end our day here, we made a tour of the whole area walking among rocks and capturing everything that seemed interesting. At that time I was carrying my backpack with three lenses although I took most of the pictures with the 55-200mm lens.
Tiene una hermosa cascada que a diferencia de la cascada de Los Reartes es un poco más pequeña sin embargo estéticamente es más atractiva.
Sin pensarlo dos veces decidimos bajar y terminar nuestro día acá, hicimos un recorrido por toda la zona caminando entre rocas y capturando todo lo que me parecía interesante. En ese momento llevaba mi mochila con tres lentes aunque la mayoría de las fotos las tomé con el lente 55-200mm

I noticed that there were not many people camping, but those who were there had cars parked quite eccentric, I imagined that the cost of camping could be somewhat high and for that reason there would not be so many tourists, still no excuses to come and enjoy this wonder.
I think these resorts are endless 😅 I can not get to know them all and I must clarify that this is my second visit to the sierras of Cordoba.
Me dí cuenta que no habían muchas personas acampando, pero quienes estaban tenían autos estacionados bastante excéntricos, me imaginé que el costo del camping podría ser algo alto y que por ese motivo no habría tanta afluencia de turistas, aún así no hay excusas para venir y disfrutar de esta maravilla.
Pienso que estos balnearios son interminables 😅 no puedo llegar a conocerlos todos y debo aclarar que ésta es mi segunda visita a las sierras de Córdoba.

This is a place that I would definitely recommend to visit and that I would even love to come back someday. It was a nice family experience to discover this natural spa "Las Hoyas" in the town of Cabalango in the Sierras de Córdoba.
