City Passersby

Greetings friends!

Today I have some slightly different shots to share with you, As some of you know, I generally dedicate myself to street photography, although I usually do all types of photography, I lean more towards this genre. There are different ways to portray the streets, what happens in them and a few days ago I was trying to find good moments in terms of angles and light.

I got off the subway station and walked less than 30 meters, I was between two stations in the city center and decided to focus on the people walking. In this case I did not look for a shot and created a composition, I let life pass in front of the lens and I only captured those moments.

I can't really describe how much I love this photo. I don't know, I think there's something special about it. Roque Saenz Peña Avenue, a man on a bicycle dressed as a worker, 1:00 p.m., few people in the place and an advertisement written on the wall... This shot can mean multiple things. What do you think?

This is my second favorite photo of this entire series because it's different from what I usually do and I must say that I love the style of angles and compositions. I had previously been seeing photographic works by relevant authors and appreciated the simplicity of some images... how this can be attractive in a certain way for the viewer.

I really like the lines, the step of the lady when walking and the black and white is perfect for this.

On the other side of the street I find this scene, there was an area under reconstruction that can be seen in the background while a gentleman walks through the area. I liked the light that was generated there.

A few steps further back is the "Diagonal Norte" station on subway line C. There were certain stripes of shadows there, wait for this couple to reach the light zone to be able to shoot.

As I mentioned previously, I was located in the middle of two Subway stations. Nearby there is a small island that we use to cross 9 de Julio Avenue. This is what these two people were doing, waiting for the traffic light to change so they could cross. You can see some of the beautiful buildings in the area.

Two days ago I shared some photos of everyday life in the subway stations, I took the trouble to save these two because I always visualized them in black and white from the beginning. This man sitting on one of the benches while waiting for the train to arrive.

This photo is quite interesting, only one person, this gentleman and his clothing that caught my attention, I think that perhaps if it weren't for that electronic screen above it could look like a photo taken decades ago. I like to think about it that way, the way you dress makes me feel this way.

Finally, I leave you a photo of the tip of the obelisk between some trees in the area.

Let me know what you think about these photos and which one is your favorite :)

That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.

This was a last minute shot, I even think it was the last one before I left. I like it a lot too, although I cut his foot a little 😆
