Dead End Street! Shots on the Trainway [ENG/ESP]
Cities are full of particular scenarios that can be captured and immortalized through the camera, that is why we must not forget to look well around us and the details.
Greetings friends! Today I want to share with you some shots that I took in a blind street, that's why part of the name of the title of this post! It is a train station located in the neighborhood of Belgrano in the city of Buenos Aires.
Saludos amigos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas tomas que realicé en una calle ciega, es por ello parte del nombre del título de este post! Se trata de una estación de trenes ubicada en el barrio de Belgrano en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
I honestly did not know this part of the city, I always walked in the opposite direction of this avenue called Juramento. I had the opportunity to go to the opposite direction and I found several attractive things so I decided to take some pictures of the place and its surroundings. I show you this station with some details while the train was passing by.
For these photos I decided to play a bit with the editing and lower the saturation and intensity level and reduce for some photos the intensity of the whites, at the same time accentuating the vivid colors of the images to get more information.
Honestamente no conocía esta parte de la ciudad, siempre caminaba en sentido contrario de esta avenida llamada Juramento. Tuve la oportunidad de ir hacia el sentido opuesto y me encontré con diversas cosas atractivas así que decidí tomar algunas fotos del lugar y de sus alrededores. Les muestro esta estación con algunos detalles mientras pasaba el tren.
Para estás fotos decidí jugar un poco en la edición y bajar el nivel de saturación e intensidad y reducir para algunas fotos la intensidad de los blancos, al mismo tiempo acentuar los colores vivos de las imágenes para así obtener más información.
When leaving the train station I took some other shots of people walking or crossing the avenues, in this way I would show a little of the daily life of the city and its structures, streets and buildings as I passed by.
Al salir de la estación de trenes hice algunas otras tomas de persona caminando o cruzando las avenidas, de esta forma mostraría un poco de lo cotidiano de la ciudad y de sus estructuras, calles y edificios al paso.
And we end with two photographs of a common building with an interesting symmetry in my opinion and another of the type of streets in this area, cobblestone streets surrounded by arches of trees which make it very particular. It is an area with upper class residents.
This was part of what is known as Belgrano, a neighborhood located in the northern part of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. I hope you liked some of the photos or the place. I send a hug to all of you friends have a great Wednesday 🙂
Y finalizamos con dos fotografías de un edificio común con una interesante simetría a mi parecer y otra del tipo de calles de esta zona, empedradas rodeadas por arcos de árboles lo que la hacen muy particulares. Es una zona con residentes de clase alta.
Esto fue parte de lo que se conoce como Belgrano un barrio ubicado en la zona norte de la ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires. Espero les haya gustado algunas de las fotos o del lugar. Les mando un abrazo a todos amigos que tengan un genial miércoles 🙂
