Last Shots of the Silk Portraits Workshop [ENG/ESP]

I have rescued some photos that I had not even edited from this portrait workshop with silks, there are three posts that I have already shared in different versions and now I close with this series which I decided to do in black and white and color, something mixed that will allow to have wider points of view and appreciate from different visions the results of this great work that I did with the model Manuela and the organizer Héctor.
These first photos were actually the last ones we did during 2 or 3 hours of work, I don't remember exactly the time. Hector and I have been talking recently about an upcoming workshop for the month of March that will include at least two models and we will have another type of lighting that by the way we are going to manage between all the photographers present.
I really like to work with this type of photography because I like the movements, the postures, the facial expressions, all this combined with support material such as silks and the concept of the artistic nude.

He rescatado algunos fotos que ni siquiera había editado de este taller de retratos con tela, son tres los posts que ya he compartido en diferentes versiones y ahora cierro con esta serie la cual decidí hacer en blanco y negro y en color, algo mixto que permitirá tener puntos de vista más amplios y apreciar desde distintas visiones los resultados de este grandioso trabajo que hice junto a la modelo Manuela y el organizador Héctor

Éstas primeras fotos fueron en realidad las últimas que hicimos durante 2 o 3 horas de trabajo, no recuerdo exactamente el tiempo. Héctor y yo hemos estado hablando recientemente sobre un próximo taller para el mes de marzo que incluirá al menos dos modelos y tendremos otro tipo de iluminación que por cierto vamos a gestionar entre todos los fotógrafos presentes.

Me gusta mucho trabajar este tipo de fotografías porque me gustan los movimientos, las posturas, las expresiones faciales, todo esto combinado con material de apoyo como las telas y el concepto del desnudo artístico.
I've had several proposals for boudoir portrait sessions with different interesting concepts but the truth is that I haven't been in the mood for it, this year has been very busy and I have to leave some responsibilities first to be able to focus on this type of work that requires time and dedication. Even so, I've done some location scouting and I've already talked to some models.
I would really like to work more on photos like these.... Look at the model's face, her hands, her poses, it's just great. This captivates me a lot because the model doesn't pose in front of the camera and wait for the shot and then change poses, they are moving poses, she never stops and that's where the photographer must look for the best angle according to his lens and the light point, which is continuous in most of the cases in this workshop.
I used a 50mm F1.8 for most of the photos but in some occasions I had to use the kit lens 18-55mm due to space issues, I think a 35mm would have been perfect.

He tenido varias propuestas fotográficas para sesiones de retratos boudoir con diferentes conceptos muy interesantes pero la verdad no he tenido lod ánimos para ello, este año ha sido muy movido y debo salir de algunas responsabilidades primero para poder enfocarme en este tipo de trabajos que requieren de tiempo y dedicación. Aún así, he hecho algunas búsquedas de locaciones y ya está todo hablado con algunas modelos.

Realmente me gustaría trabajar más en fotos como éstas... Miren el rostro de la modelo, sus manos, sus posturas, es simplemente genial. Esto me cautiva mucho porque la modelo no posa frente a la cámara y espera el disparo para luego cambiar de pose, son poses en movimiento, nunca se detiene y es allí donde el fotógrafo debe buscar el mejor ángulo de acuerdo a su lente y al punto de luz, la cual es continua en la mayoría de los casos en este taller.

Yo utilicé un 50 mm F1.8 para la mayoría de las fotos pero en algunas ocasiones tuve que usar el lente de kit 18-55mm por cuestiones de espacio, creo que un 35mm hubiese sido perfecto.
I think I mentioned in previous posts that we used two types of lighting for this job, we started with studio flashes, continuous light and cameras with high ISO values and finished with handheld flashes or Zapata, we shared the same trigger and distributed the time in 15 minutes for each photographer in front of the model.
Looking at the images I notice that some of them are a bit out of focus but I think they don't lose the essence and the work of the model, so I decided to share them anyway.
I was also checking the previous posts and I hope I have not repeated any photo, if so it is obviously not intentional, just my memory is not very good 😅

Creo haber mencionado en los posts anteriores que utilizamos dos tipos de iluminación para este trabajo, empezamos con flashes de estudio, luz continua y las cámaras con valores de ISO altos y terminamos con flashes de mano o Zapata, compartimos el mismo disparador y distribuimos el tiempo en 15 minutos para cada fotógrafo frente a la modelo.

Mirando bien las imágenes percibo que algunas están un poco desenfocadas pero pienso que no pierden la escencia y el trabajo de la modelo, así que decidí compartirlas de igual forma.

Estuve además chequeando los anteriores posts y espero no haber repetido alguna foto, de ser así obviamente no es intencional, simplemente mi memoria no es muy buena 😅
