Lovely Tones on the Square Overlooking the Tower of the Englishmen [ENG/ESP]

What is the best weather to go out and take pictures? This may vary between photographers but I particularly love cloudy and foggy days, even more than a sunny day.... I find it a more interesting environment that can give a lot of drama to the images, but it all depends on what the photographer wants to express.
¿Cuál es el mejor clima para salir y tomar fotos? Esto puede variar entre fotógrafos pero particularmente me encantan los días nublados y con neblina, incluso más que un día soleado... Pues me parece un ambiente más interesante que le puede dar mucho dramatismo a las imágenes, de igual forma todo dependerá de lo que el fotógrafo busque expresar.
Coincidentally it was a cloudy day when I decided to go out to the retirement district and take some shots in the San Martin square.
I have always found it much more interesting to take pictures of the English tower or monumental tower, from this place because it gives me options to make different compositions than just portraying the tower as such. This day the flowers had a very nice pink tone which made me take several pictures and play a little with this.
Casualmente era un día nublado cuando decidí salir al barrio de retiro y hacer algunas tomas en la plaza San Martín.
Siempre me ha parecido mucho más interesante tomar fotos a la torre de los ingleses o torre monumental, desde este lugar ya que me da opciones de hacer composiciones diferentes que solo retratar la torre como tal. Éste día las flores tenían un tono rosa muy agradable a la vista y llamativo lo cual me llevó a tomar varias fotos y jugar un poco con ésto.
Many people were walking around the place and I took advantage of the opportunity to take other photos including passersby walking through this iconic square, always trying to include these pink tones that pleased me so much when I saw them.
On the other hand I also wanted to highlight a beautiful and emblematic dome in this type of compositions, it is the dome of the San Martin Palace, a structure to which I dedicated a post in the Architecture community and place that I had the privilege to enter and admire all its facilities.
Muchas personas se encontraban recorriendo el lugar y aproveché además de tomar otras fotos incluyendo a los transeúntes caminando por ésta icónica plaza, siempre tratando de incluir estos tonos rosas que tanto me agradaron al verlos.
Por otra parte también quise destacar una hermosa y emblemática cúpula en este tipo de composiciones, se trata de la cúpula del palacio San Martín, estructura a la cual le dediqué un post en la comunidad de Arquitectura y lugar al que tuve el privilegio de entrar y admirar todas sus instalaciones.
I also leave you a picture of the statue that pays homage to General San Martin located near one of the entrances of this square. The fact that the day was cloudy I think it favored me a lot, because it was exactly the kind of weather I wanted several days ago.

También les dejo una foto de la estatua que hace homenaje al general San Martín situada cerca de una de las entradas de esta plaza. El hecho de que el día haya estado nublado creo que me favoreció muchos, pues era exactamente el tipo de clima que quería hace ya varios días.
