Street Photography, Pita and Pedernera Walk, Palermo, Buenos Aires [ENG/ESP]
As for street photography we can give it different concepts or have different points of view, because it is a broad genre that can be approached in many ways. For some years now I have been dedicated much more to this type of photography and which is my favorite, however as time goes by my vision about this has been changing as I study other photographers, in fact old photographers with great trajectory and who are iconic in this art.
I am taking much more care of the details and understanding that patience has a lot of value and importance when going out on the streets. It's great to take pictures of a beautiful avenue but for me at this moment of learning it is more relevant to capture the streets and precise moments and include the human element. People must have some action that conveys a certain emotion or expression.
In the case of the first photo I think it can transmit something to the viewer, a couple in the middle of the park, the bushes and part of the leaves that spring leaves on the ground, I think it is one of the photos that I liked the most of this set.

En cuanto a la fotografía de calle podemos darle diferentes conceptos o tener diferentes puntos de vista, pues es un género amplio que se puede abordar de muchas formas. Desde hace algunos años que me dedico mucho más a este tipo de fotografía y el cual es mi preferido, sim embargo a medida que pasa el tiempo mi visión sobre ésto ya venido cambiando conforme estudio a otros fotógrafos, de hecho fotógrafos antiguos con gran trayectoria y que son icónicos en este arte.

Estoy cuidando mucho más los detalles y entendiendo que la paciencia tiene muchísimo valor e importancia al momento de salir a las calles. Es genial tomarle fotos a una hermosa avenida pero para mí en este momento de aprendizaje es más relevante capturar las calles y precisos momentos e incluir el elemento humano. Las personas deben tener alguna acción que transmita determinada emoción o expresión.

En el caso de la primera foto me parece que puede transmitir algo al espectador, una pareja en medio del parque, los arbustos y parte de las hojas que deja la primavera sobre el piso, creo que es una de las fotos que más me ha gustado de este set.
I spent at least two hours walking around the neighborhood of Palermo in the city of Buenos Aires, a journey that led me unexpectedly to walk through the Intendente Seeber park and then along the Pita and Pedernera walk. An area where many people pass by and that due to its surroundings and abundant vegetation can be interesting for street photography. Yesterday I put it to the test and I think it worked!
So including the human element is already fundamental for my street photography, well.... The tool to perform my job yesterday was 90% waiting for good moments. Something interesting had to happen and I had no intention of taking random shots with my camera. Capturing a person talking on the phone while walking in front of me and waving his shopping bag could be something attractive, as well as a girl riding a bike... who knows? Who knows? Well here they are.

Estuve dedicando alenos dos horas a dar un paseo por el barrio de Palermo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, trayecto que me llevó de forma inesperada a caminar por el parque Intendente Seeber y posteriormente por el paseo Pita y Pedernera. Una zona por dónde transita muchísimas personas y que debido a sus alrededores y abundante vegetación puede llegar a ser interesante para la fotografía de calle. Ayer lo puse a prueba y creo que funcionó!

Así que incluir el elemento humano ya es fundamental para mis fotografías de calle, bueno... La herramienta para desempeñar mi labor el día de ayer fue en 90% esperar buenos momentos. Algo interesante tenía que suceder y no tenía intenciones de hacer disparos con mi cámara al azar. Capturar a una persona hablando por teléfono mientras caminaba frente a mí y agitaba su bolsa de compras pudiera ser algo atractivo, así como también una chica que venía manejando bicicleta... ¿Quien sabe? Bueno acá están.
The people that we capture while they are walking but we take the shots while they are walking, that is to say with their backs turned are usually in some cases interesting in others not so much, you could not describe which of these are and which are not, it would be the job of the viewer and I want it to be :) The fact is that I feel I can get better at street photography as time goes by and I apply new techniques. So I am in a constant learning process and this fascinates me.
The idea of including more emotional photographs and with more natural and spontaneous compositions makes me want to go out more in search of the special in the streets of the city. This walk was very interesting and I got a lot out of it because I also visited the ecopark again to be able to take the photos I had pending of some animals and spaces of this place... get ready to be tagged in at least 3 posts @ninaeatshere 😂

Las personas que capturamos mientras van caminando pero hacemos las tomas mientras van, es decir de espaldas suelen ser en algunos casos interesantes en otros no tanto, no pudieras describir cuál de estas lo son y cuáles no lo son, ya sería trabajo del espectador y quiero que así sea :) El hecho es que siento que puedo mejorar en la fotografía de calle a medida que pasa el tiempo y que aplico nuevas técnicas. Así que estoy en un constante aprendizaje y esto me fascina.

La idea de incluir fotografías más emotivas y con composiciones más naturales y espontáneas me lleva a querer salir más en búsqueda de lo especial en las calles de la ciudad. Ésta caminata fue muy interesante y le saque mucho provecho porque además visité nuevamente el ecoparque para poder hacer las fotos que tenía pendiente de algunos animales y espacios de este lugar... prepárate para ser etiquetada en al menos unos 3 posts @ninaeatshere 😂

Sí, la primera quedó muy bien, me gusta el desenfoque de las hojitas más cercanas, que parecen como flores moraditas. Se nota que había buena luz por ahí.
Un tema complejo lo de hacer estas fotos de calle con personas, siempre pienso que estoy invadiendo la privacidad de alguien al hacer eso, no se le puede ir corriendo detrás de alguien en bici para pedir permiso no? Jajajaja además le quitaría naturalidad, solo que bueno, quizá yo no sea tan temeraria.
De todas formas si es muy buen ejercicio, la expresión del transeúnte imprime más historia a la foto. Iré viendo eso que piensas compartir jajaja sin problema. Sigue disfrutando esos paseos!
