¡Buenas, buenas! Aquí @dimeshana con otro post, esta vez quiero hablar de una de las 2 miniseries que me marcaron en mi vida, es esta titulada «Más allá del Jardín», próximamente hablaré de la segunda miniserie.

Más allá del Jardín es una miniserie animada estadounidense de 10 episodios, creada por Patrick McHale, y transmitida en Cartoon Network en el año 2014. Consta de 10 episodios de 11 minutos cada uno desarrollando la historia de dos hermanos que viajan a través de un extraño bosque con el fin de encontrar su camino a casa.

Todo inició con un cortometraje titulado Tome of the Unknown creado por el mismo McHale para Cartoon Network que gusto mucho al público, al punto de pedir más desarrollo a la historia, haciendo que este corto fuera nombrado como «Capítulo Piloto de Más allá del Jardín».

La serie realiza el lanzamiento de su primer capítulo el 3 de noviembre, y entre los días 3 al 7 de noviembre fue mostrando los demás capítulos hasta finalizar. Al ver la gran receptividad que esta miniserie tuvo, en 2016 toman la decisión de estrenarla en forma de película, donde se omiten el capítulo piloto, la mayor parte del episodio 1 y todo el episodio 5.

En 2015 fue ganador de dos Premios Emmy, uno en Reuben Award y uno en los Ottawa International Animation Festival, IMAGINENSE, solo querían hacer un cortometraje animado, y terminaron haciendo una miniserie ganadora ¡4 premios!

Yo disfruto ver mucho esta miniserie, siempre la repito cada vez que me dan ganas, y la tengo tanto en inglés como español latino ¡PORQUE ESO ES OTRA COSA! el reparto de voces que doblaron la serie a español de latinoamérica es muy bueno y si no han visto esta miniserie de verdad, la recomiendo demasiado, no se pueden perder de esta obra de arte.

Over the Garden Wall is an American animated miniseries of 10 episodes, created by Patrick McHale, and broadcast on Cartoon Network in 2014. Each episode last 11 minutes developing the story of two brothers who travel through a strange forest in order to find their way home.

It all began with a short film entitled 'Tome of the Unknown' created by McHale himself for Cartoon Network, which the audience liked a lot, to the point of asking for more development of the story, making this short film was named 'Pilot Chapter from Beyond the Garden'.

The series launched its first chapter on November 3rd, and between November 3rd and 7th it showed the other chapters until the end. Seeing the great receptivity that this mini-series had, in 2016 they make the decision to release it in film form, where they omit the pilot chapter, most of episode 1 and all of episode 5.

In 2015 it won two Emmy Awards, one at the Reuben Award and one at the Ottawa International Animation Festival, IMAGINE, they only wanted to make an animated short film, and they ended up making a 4 award winning mini-series!

I enjoy watching this mini-series a lot, I always repeat it whenever I feel like it, and I have it in both English and Latin Spanish BECAUSE THAT'S ANOTHER THING! The cast of voices that dubbed the series into Latin American Spanish is really good and if you haven't seen this mini-series for real, I recommend it too much, you can't miss this piece of art.

Entre los personajes tenemos a los principales, el hermano mayor Wirt realista, llegando a ser pesimista, niño de 14 años, Greg el medio hermano menor de Wirt, un niño alegre, optimista, energético e infantil, Beatrice una azulejo parlante enojona, terca pero luego más cariñosa y compresiva,y por último _{pero no menos importante} tenemos a la Rana mascota de Greg que a lo largo de la serie se le cambia el nombre por la indecisión de Greg.

La trama se centra en que los hermanos terminan perdidos en un extraño bosque llamado «Lo Desconocido» y buscan la manera de regresar a casa.

Among the characters we have the main ones, the older brother Wirt, realistic, becoming pessimistic, 14 years old boy, Greg the younger half brother of Wirt, a happy, optimistic, energetic and childish boy, Beatrice, an angry, stubborn, but then more loving and supportive, and last but not least, Greg's pet frog, who throughout the series is renamed for Greg's indecisiveness.

The plot centers on the brothers ending up lost in a strange forest called "The Unknown" and looking for a way to return home.

De verdad que sí es darle una puntuación a esta miniserie le daría un 20/10, no solo porque me haya gustado mucho, si no que es una obra que te motiva a seguir la trama y te muestra una cantidad de ideas y creatividad que combina con todo el ambiente, que lo disfrutas mucho. Lo recomiendo mucho

Really giving a score to this mini-series would give it a 20/10, not only because I liked it a lot, but it is a work that motivates you to follow the plot and shows you a lot of ideas and creativity that combines with the whole environment, which you enjoy a lot. I highly recommend it.
