We call it BALUT in the Philippines and that little thing you've caught a glimpse inside the eggshell is the undeveloped chick.

You can call that as one of the exotic foods in the Philippines. I haven't tasted that until we went to Manila. I only like to eat the yellow part. Nakakaawa eh. Ewan ko ba.

Sis, pakainin mo n ako ng itlog wag lng balut. Yung bf ko nuon n taga pateros may balitan sila. Lagi nagdadala sa BHouse pero kumakain kaBoardmates ko. 🤩
