Mi calentamiento está compuesto por cuatro ejercicios bases, realizaremos 20 segundos de cada movimiento y 20 segundos de descanso, realizaremos esta rutina justamente antes de iniciar nuestro entrenamiento para iniciar con una activación muscular prolongada
My warm-up consists of four basic exercises, we will perform 20 seconds of each movement and 20 seconds of rest, we will perform this routine just before starting our training to start with a prolonged muscle activation.
