Let's make a difference

We have been told many times that good overcomes evil. Believe it or not, good always perseveres. And in reality it is true. That evil has multiplied is also true!

But today there are significant changes in humanity, many people gathered in one place to watch others die, and applauded for it. Slavery, hostility against the female gender, education only for the powerful. They are systems that have changed little and it is not the result of the passing of time, it is the people who have passed in those times.

It is not about the passing of the years, it is about each one of us, about the people who generate the changes. Just because something is commonplace does not mean that it is right.

What is right varies in the different cultures of today, the morals of what is acceptable according to our customs. But beyond all this, the heart and conscience have weight on our actions.

So, to be able to contribute to the change of this humanity starts from us, not harming others and promoting a culture of respect, helping the other, and providing tools for self-improvement.

So change can be generated by one person or multitudes. Some important issues for change could be:

• The millions of children that today grow up without studies and on the margins of society, what are we doing with them?

• The industrial quantities of waste that we throw into nature. What are we doing with it?

• Animal abuse. What are we doing with it?

There are many What are we doing with it? But surely many answers.

We are beings generators of change.

Nos han dicho muchas veces que el bien vence al mal. Lo creamos o no, el bien siempre persevera. Y en realidad es cierto. Que el mal se ha multiplicado también es cierto.

Pero hoy hay cambios significativos en la humanidad, mucha gente reunida en un lugar para ver morir a otros, y aplaudida por ello. La esclavitud, la hostilidad contra el género femenino, la educación sólo para los poderosos. Son sistemas que han cambiado poco y no es el resultado del paso del tiempo, son las personas que han pasado en esos tiempos.

No se trata del paso de los años, se trata de cada uno de nosotros, de las personas que generan los cambios. Que algo sea habitual no significa que sea correcto.

Lo correcto varía en las diferentes culturas de hoy, la moral de lo aceptable según nuestras costumbres. Pero más allá de todo esto, el corazón y la conciencia tienen peso en nuestras acciones.

Entonces, poder contribuir al cambio de esta humanidad parte de nosotros, no dañando a los demás y promoviendo una cultura de respeto, ayudando al otro, y brindando herramientas para la superación personal.

Así que el cambio puede ser generado por una persona o por multitudes. Algunos temas importantes para el cambio podrían ser:

• Los millones de niños que hoy crecen sin estudios y al margen de la sociedad, ¿qué hacemos con ellos?

• Las cantidades industriales de residuos que arrojamos a la naturaleza. ¿Qué hacemos con ellos?

• El maltrato animal. ¿Qué hacemos con ello?

Hay muchas ¿Qué estamos haciendo con ello? Pero seguramente muchas respuestas.
