Calendar for 2023 / 来年のカレンダー

It's not like I'm planning to do this or trying to make it into my tradition, but I've noticed that I'm getting in the habit of doing this every year. I go to the same drugstore to buy a calendar. I usually do this after the new year because the calendars go on sale.
Well, this year, I bought it early. My daughter spotted the perfect one the other day. It happened to be on sale already because it was a 16-month calendar.
The design I pick is usually something that is probably considered out of style haha. It's called OTAKU! I do this on purpose for fun.
I got a Minecraft calendar a few years ago. My daughter was playing a lot. We had a few kitty cat calendars of course! The Spiderman calendar... The realistic artwork Avengers calendar is on my wall at the moment.
The next year will be full of Jujutsu Kaisen! Hehe
Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the popular Japanese manga/anime series. The story is about the cursed spirits and Jujutsu sorcerers. I've watched the show three times. I got my husband watching anime lately. He usually likes historical ones like Kingdom and Golden Kamuy, but he liked Jujutsu Kaisen. My oldest daughter's boyfriend did a cosplay of one of the characters, Nanami, last summer. He looked great. It is a very exciting show. My oldest daughter binge-watched the show in 2 days!

Here are the characters featured. I would like to see Ryomen Sukuna, Geto and Nanami instead of Kyoto high school characters, and more Gojo sensei!!! But this is still fun. I love Panda senpai.

毎年これと言って気にかけているわけではないのですが、なぜか同じ場所でカレンダーを買っています。今年も同じドラッグストア、いつもの陳列棚で発見しました。いつもは年始に買うのですが（セールになるので）今年は最強を見つけたので即買いです。１６ヶ月カレンダーだったのでセールで半額でした。見つけてくれた次女ちゃんに感謝です。
デザインはですね、毎年結構オタクっぽいのをわざと選んで買います。
次女ちゃんがマインクラフトにハマっていた年はマインクラフトのカレンダーを買いました。ちょっとしたゲームの裏技が書いてあって楽しいカレンダーでした。猫のカレンダーは定番ですね。何度かお世話になりました。スパイダーマンカレンダーの年もあったな。。。そして今年はアベンジャーズの微妙なアートカレンダーでした、笑
来年は呪術廻戦じゃぁ〜笑　なんだか最強な年になりそうです。ホント、呪いを祓ってもらいたいです。
呪術廻戦は漫画、アニメとも大人気ですね。最近主人がアニメにハマり出してキングダムやゴールデンカムイなどがお好みなのですが、呪術廻戦も面白かったと言っています。長女ちゃんは２日で一気に観ましたし、長女ちゃんの彼氏くんは夏に七海さんのコスプレをしてイベントに参加しました。かっこよかったんですよ。

こちらは月ごとのキャラクターのラインアップ。個人的には京都校メンバーより両面宿儺や夏油、七海さんを加えて欲しかったなぁ〜　そしてもっと五条先生！！！　パンダ先輩好きですけどね。

Gojo sensei and Yuji were on September to December this year. Gojo sensei is crazy handsome hehe.
I was surprised to find Jujutsu Kaisen calendar at the drugstore here in Canada. I love finding Japanese cultures overseas. This is awesome.

五条先生とゆうじ君が２０２２年の９月〜１２月を飾っています。あぁ。。。五条先生かっこいい。。。
それにしても呪術廻戦のカレンダーを近所のドラッグストアで見つけるなんて驚きました。海外で日本を見つけると嬉しくなります。
皆さんは来年のカレンダーの用意は出来ましたか？月日や予定を知らせてくれるだけでなく、ちらっとみて笑顔になるようなカレンダーが見つかると良いですね。
