Sad but true!
I sat in a training yesterday for our company. It was all about hiring the right people. We live in a college town so we have a pretty good workforce.
I was shocked to hear how much trouble they have had just getting people to show up after they had been hired.
What is going?? Get a job and only show up 3 days out of 5 your first week??

Its a wild world lately. Theres some heart in some of the changes people feel need to happen, but half of the debate is garbage and it shows. Im just a fly on the wall though. Or a duck in the pond. Either way, keep rockin.
