The ice bath challenge!

I’ve tried cool showers. I’ve tried cold showers(I hated them).

I’ve done a few polar plunges. They were fine.

I’ve jumped in cold water a few times when reading about Win Hoff.

Now I’m trying cold baths for 14 days straight. 3 of the 4 days have been rough. Last night though was not too bad. I kind of enjoyed it!

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. Oh man makes me shiver just reading that!

I prefer my hot tub! I have heard of the benefits of super cold bathing but never really felt compelled to try them myself. Ony time I had a cold shower at the prompt of a challenge by @matkodurko back on Steem but that is it.
