The motivation behind my health journey!

Well I’m eating so much better than I was 6 weeks ago. I’m down 14lbs

I’m cooking most my own food now for me and my family. I started cooking more when I decided to cut back on my spending. When I cook my own food I usually buy high quality food and end up feeling better!

Someone yesterday asked me what my motivation is. Well it’s 3 things that motivated me.

  1. Heart burn. I hate it and it was becoming a problem. I suffered 3-5 times a week with it. I don’t want to be on medication for it long term. I’m managing it great with my new diet. It’s been 3 weeks now and no heart burn.

  2. Reading.

I’ve read a lot of books and this one called Eat Smarter made me really think about living and eating without food related issues for your health.

.3. Feeling good for my kiddos. I love playing with them and eating right gives me more energy and more enjoyment.

I still love food. I’m just eating less and trying to make smarter choices.

I hope I can stay motivated and keep moving.

Heart burn is really annoying and deprived you of energy for doing several tasks.

You have got good motivations for your health journey. Sometimes some words inspire us to start what seemed difficult in the beginning.
