Gym Stereotypes

This is one of my favorite youtube videos of all time. It has grown on me recently as I have re watched it since I have been going to the gym regularly for the last 18 months.

Let's take a look at how real these are. Watch and then see what ones I have found at the gym.

MR Excuses.

This is me. Yes. I find excuses all the time. I am trying to defeat that. My other gym buddy is worse though. I sent him the clip to he could see himself in this video. LOL

Weights for dates guy!

Yes we have all seen them. It's not the best look!

The no idea what he is doing guy!

Has these always crack me up. I have seen some pretty creative ways to use the machines in my time at the gym. This planet fitness gym gif is not too far off.

The Screamer!

Why do you have to yell when you are lifting. Nobody likes it.

The mirror magnet.

I have a friend that spends half his workout in the mirror.

The sauna suit guy.

I see this every now and then.

TALKATIVE TIMMY -

This is the worst. I feel bad when people just wanna talk. I am there to workout and not to make friends. I never want new friends from the gym. sounds harsh but true. That being said I am fine saying hi just not going to dinner that night with people or chatting the whole workout.
