Lets eat like Mark

First of all you either need a private chef.

Or

A lot of time and money.

Because thisis a lot of cooking but boy does his diet sound nice.

Breaking this down compared to my diet today.

I started out with a cookie and smoothie for lunch. Yes a cookie. It was a girl scout cookie that I bought yesterday in the parking lot of walmart. So cookie bad. Smoothie good.

Then I ate a protein bar and a candy bar for lunch. I was starving and it all I had time to track down between meetings today.

BADBADBAD lunch.

For dinner we had sloppy joes. Not the best. Not the worst dinner.

Not a great day but sometimes you don't win like Mark every single day. LOL

Tomorrow I will do better.
