I think that if you set a goal for yourself to see snow, then if you live in Pakistan, judging by your profile, there is no need to leave your country all you need to do is go to the eastern part of Pakistan, where there are many snow-capped mountains. A couple of hours ago, after our conversation, I saw the latest news from Pakistan on Facebook, there was a heavy snowfall, but this is not good news, 20 people died due to severe frost and snow blockages. Sometimes, it is better not to dream about snowfall, not all of our desires can be safe.
