ReggaeSteem now on The HIVE Blockchain ( What you need to know )

Well, we made some of the community decide what they wanted but most were undecided and would rather have ReggaeSteem go to both chains. ( Which is not an option at this time:)

With the recent Steem outages and cencorships, it only makes sense to make ReggeSteem posts point to the HIVE Blockchain by default.

Please note, if you are using a desktop you need to use HIVEkeychain to interact with post on ReggaeSteem.io now. But you can always log in the old fashion way by inputting your posting key. Post made from Steem using the tag #JAHM will go to ReggaeSteem.io but if you are logged in with HiveKeychain you will get an error when trying to interact with it. To interact with posts from both Blockchains you will need to be logged in to HiveKeychain and KeyChain. But again, the good old fashion login lets you interact with both.

Note: Your post made using ReggaeSteem will not go to the Steem Blockchain but will go to interfaces like https://hive.blog/ and https://peakd.com/.

To download Hivekeychain see here on GitHub as it has not been approved for a chrome extension as yet ( What works for Chrome works for Brave).

JAHM tokens still lives on the Steem blockchain via Steem-Engine and can still be earned when posting to ReggaeSteem.io. We will monitor to see when Hive-Engine is available and more than likely make the change. ReggaeTube.io is still on the Steem blockchain and I will reach out the @heimendanger and the dtube team to see what can be done. Would be nice if at least ReggaeTube pointed to both Blockchains.

Note: Still some bugs on the ReggaeSteem.io posts becuase of this change but hopeful that will be sorted soon.
