My Little Succulent and Cactus Garden at Home

Hello Hivers! I hope everyone is doing well today. I am back with another simple post and this time I want to share something close to my heart my little plant collection at home. I have always loved plants that do not ask for too much. That is why succulents and cacti became my passion. Over time I built a small but happy collection right at home, and today I want to share a little piece of it with you. Most of my collection are Echeveria the rosette type succulents with leaves that spiral outward like a flower frozen in time. I have a blue-green variety with pink-tipped leaves and a pale silvery one that looks almost powdery to the touch. Alongside them I keep a few spiky Aloe and Haworthia, and a fascinating Kalanchoe that sprouts tiny baby plants right along the edges of its own leaves. My cacti are just as fun a fluffy white-spined cluster, a bright orange-red twisting one, and a green barrel cactus slowly pushing upward from a grafted base. Each one has its own character. I also have a pink Bromeliad with dramatic star-shaped leaves that always catches everyone's eye. What I love most is that I use old mugs and mismatched cups as pots. Christmas mugs, Father's Day cups, small ceramic bowls and they all find a second life in my little garden and make it feel truly mine.
