Un detto saggio dice che il tempo è oro. Ma lo sapevi che la maggior parte del tempo le donne albanesi trascorrono nelle faccende domestiche, nella cucina, nella cura dei bambini o semplicemente trascurando del tempo con le amiche al bar. Fare un figlio ed essere mantenute dal proprio marito sinceramente non è una cosa saggia, ma semplicemente pigrizia di alcune donne, oltre che ad essere non capace di vivere pienamente la propria vita.

Non è facile crescere un figlio ma credo che semplicemente il fatto di vivere una vita dentro i muri i casa e una limite per qualsiasi donna, almeno che non fa parte del proprio carattere, allora si tratta veramente di seguire la propria strada.

Ma comunque si può fare sport, o avere altre passione, oltre che crescere i figli, per una donna che ama la propria vita. Il semplice fatto di lavorare non è abbastanza per stare bene se non sei veramente appassionata del tuo lavoro, e di quello che fai, ma ovviamente non è tutto. Le donne albanesi hanno molto meno tempo di dedicarsi a se stesse, e se lo fanno, lo passano in parrucchiera o a farsi le unghie che nei centri estetici, palestra, ho convegni. I libri passano in un altro piano, ma questo un po' in tutto il mondo, anche presso i più giovani che lo sta passando la voglia di leggere, e studiare.

C'è una differenza significativa tra uomini e donne in Albania in termini di percentuale di persone che affermano di prendersi cura dei propri figli o nipoti, anziani o persone con disabilità ogni giorno, rispettivamente con il 51,1% delle donne e il 24,6% degli uomini. Quando si tratta di cucinare e delle faccende domestiche quotidiane, questa attività rappresenta l'87,8% per le donne e solo il 16,1% per gli uomini.

Come ci confrontiamo con l'UE: Il risultato dell'indice per l'Albania nel campo del tempo è inferiore alla media UE-28 di 17,6 punti. Nell'UE il numero di persone che si prendono cura quotidianamente dei bambini o di altri membri della famiglia è in media inferiore a quello dell'Albania (37,5 per cento delle donne e 24,7 per cento degli uomini), segnando un divario di genere ancora significativo.

La differenza di genere è molto più pronunciata nell'UE che in Albania in termini di cucina e lavori domestici, dove il 78,7 per cento delle donne svolge questa attività ogni giorno, mentre nel caso degli uomini è del 33,7 per cento. In termini di attività sportive, culturali e altre attività ricreative quotidiane o più volte alla settimana, donne e uomini sono in numero inferiore nell'UE rispetto all'Albania (27,5% delle donne e 31,9% degli uomini), segnando anche qui una notevole differenza di genere in favore degli uomini.

Siamo sicuri che le donne non hanno altre opportunità oltre che a seguire il loro destino, come dicono in tante? No. Il destino lo creammo noi e siamo quelle che scegliamo di essere a casa, in famiglia, o in carriera. Oltre che a essere coinvolte nei lavoro domestici, la vita di ognuno ha i suoi spazi che bisogna rispettare sempre ma non solo, anche i propri doveri e coinvolgimenti nello spazio sociale.

A wise saying says that time is gold. But did you know that most of the time Albanian women spend in housework, cooking, looking after children or simply spending time with friends at the bar. Having a child and being supported by one's husband is honestly not a wise thing, but simply laziness of some women, as well as being unable to fully live one's life.

It is not easy to raise a child but I believe that simply the fact of living a life inside the house is a limit for any woman, at least that is not part of her character, then it is really about following her own path.

But anyway you can play sports, or have other passions, as well as raise children, for a woman who loves her life. Just working isn't good enough to feel good if you're not truly passionate about your job, and what you do, but of course that's not all. Albanian women have much less time to devote themselves to themselves, and if they do, they spend it in a hairdresser or getting their nails done than in beauty centers, gymnasiums, I have conferences. The books pass to another level, but this a bit all over the world, even among the youngest who are experiencing the desire to read and study.

There is a significant difference between men and women in Albania in terms of the percentage of people who claim to take care of their children or grandchildren, elderly or people with disabilities every day, with 51.1% of women and 24 respectively, 6% of men. When it comes to cooking and daily household chores, this business accounts for 87.8% for women and just 16.1% for men.

How we compare with the EU: The index result for Albania in the field of time is below the EU-28 average of 17.6 points. In the EU, the number of people who take care of children or other family members on a daily basis is on average lower than in Albania (37.5 per cent of women and 24.7 per cent of men), marking a gap gender still significant.
