A bad day with a headache (Eng/Esp)

Hola amigos, bendiciones para todos espero estén bien, les mando un abrazo virtual y que la bendición de Dios los acompañe siempre.

I have been suffering from considerable indisposition for the last few days. Persistent headache has challenged the effectiveness of pain relievers. While in previous days I was able to put on makeup and do housework, today I experienced a notable decline in my health. The pain intensified to the point where I felt like my head was splitting in two, preventing me from doing any activity.

He estado padeciendo una indisposición considerable durante los últimos días. El dolor de cabeza persistente ha desafiado la eficacia de los analgésicos. Si bien en días previos podía maquillarme y realizar tareas domésticas, hoy experimenté un declive notable en mi estado de salud. El dolor se intensificó hasta el punto de sentir que mi cabeza se partía en dos, impidiéndome realizar cualquier actividad.

The photographs I share today do not represent me at my best. My face reflects the tiredness and indisposition that I have been suffering. Without the strength to comb my hair and with visibly swollen eyes, my appearance is far from usual.

Las fotografías que comparto hoy no me representan en mi mejor estado. Mi rostro refleja el cansancio y la indisposición que he estado padeciendo. Sin fuerzas para peinarme y con los ojos visiblemente hinchados, mi semblante dista del habitual.

Despite my current state, I have not wanted to stop sharing my content with you. I feel unwell and I hope that tomorrow my health will improve so that I can offer you more careful material that lives up to your expectations.

A pesar de mi estado actual, no he querido dejar de compartir con ustedes mi contenido. Me siento indispuesta y espero que mañana mi salud mejore para poder ofrecerles un material más cuidado y a la altura de sus expectativas.
