Desde que nos mudamos de casa no habíamos tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar un fin de semana en familia, entre mudanza y cambios fue difícil, pero esta semana quisimos dejar todo a un lado y regalarnos un día en casa para descansar y disfrutar.

Since we moved house we had not had the opportunity to enjoy a weekend with the family, between moving and changes it was difficult, but this week we wanted to leave everything aside and give ourselves a day at home to rest and enjoy.

El día de ayer mi esposa tenía un compromiso familiar, cumpleaños de su tía favorita, por lo que como siempre, fuimos en busca de mi cuñada, quien es como mi hija y su esposo, celebramos cumpleaños y volvimos a casa y, aun cuando era un poco tarde, no teníamos sueño, queríamos hacer algo, por suerte el esposo de mi cuñada se le ocurrió la idea de traerse su juego de mesa favorito "Monopolio".

Yesterday my wife had a family engagement, birthday of her favorite aunt, so as usual, we went in search of my sister-in-law, who is like my daughter and her husband, we celebrated birthdays and came home and, even though it was a little late, we were not sleepy, we wanted to do something, luckily my sister-in-law's husband came up with the idea of bringing his favorite board game "Monopoly".

Llegamos con hambre y las ganas de una buena pizza nos susurraba al oído, así que de inmediato prendí el auto y salimos a buscar un buen sitio, luego de 20 minutos en carretera llegamos a un lugar muy concurrido y con buenas reseñas en Instagram, pedimos para llevar y nos regresamos.

We arrived hungry and the desire for a good pizza was whispering in our ears, so I immediately turned on the car and we went out to look for a good place, after 20 minutes on the road we arrived at a very busy place with good reviews on Instagram, we ordered takeout and went back.

Luego de compartir en familia, esa maravilla de harina con salsa, queso y tocineta, en este caso, hablamos y reímos por un rato, luego decidimos ponernos en marcha y montamos el tablero, para lanzar dados un buen rato mientras comprábamos propiedades, montábamos casas y hoteles, nos reímos mucho y como por arte de magia habían pasado casi 4 horas mientras jugábamos.

After sharing with the family, that marvel of flour with sauce, cheese and bacon, in this case, we talked and laughed for a while, then we decided to get going and set up the board, to throw dice for a while while we bought properties, set up houses and hotels, we laughed a lot and as if by magic almost 4 hours had passed while we played.

Al terminar la partida, quedándome con la victoria, haciéndome con todas las propiedades del tablero, mi esposa se quedó conversando con mi cuñada y pues yo, con su esposo, nos sentamos en las escaleras a conversar mientras compartíamos una taza de café a las 4 de la mañana y uno que otro cigarrillo para luego irnos a descansar, ya que teníamos planes extras para el día de hoy.

At the end of the game, taking the victory, taking all the properties of the board, my wife stayed talking with my sister-in-law and I, with her husband, sat on the stairs talking while we shared a cup of coffee at 4 o'clock in the morning and a cigarette or two and then we went to rest, since we had extra plans for today.

Estos días para mi son para recordar, así que sin dudar, por siempre me gustara compartir mis fines de semana con mi cuñada y su esposo, hemos formado un gran equipo, somos familia y esta lo es todo, siempre que planeamos estos días los compartimos de la misma manera una gran noche de juego, aunque este siempre cambia "Scrabble, Monopolio, uno" o simplemente largas horas de conversación, compartir una deliciosa pizza y una que otra vez, otras veces hamburguesas, unas cuantas cervezas y no podemos dejar a un lado las deliciosas tazas de café.

These days for me are to remember, so without hesitation, I will always like to share my weekends with my sister-in-law and her husband, we have formed a great team, we are family and this is everything, whenever we plan these days we share them in the same way a great game night, although this always changes "Scrabble, Monopoly, Uno" or just long hours of conversation, share a delicious pizza and once in a while, other times hamburgers, a few beers and we can not leave aside the delicious cups of coffee.
