Desde hace tiempo he querido aventurarme en el mundo de la minería de criptomonedas, pero no he tenido hasta ahora el poder económico para sumarme, tomando en cuenta los precios de las gráficas sin dejar a un lado el desabastecimiento, y otras cosas más, habían hecho que mis intentos para sumarme se esfumaran, fue hasta hace un mes cuando volví a tomar interés, debido a que me había comprado un procesador bastante bueno y, con la idea de usarlo para trabajar, jugar y porque no, intentar minar algo que se pudiera con procesador.
For some time I have wanted to venture into the world of cryptocurrency mining, but I have not had until now the economic power to join, taking into account the prices of graphics without leaving aside the shortage, and other things, had made my attempts to join fade away, it was until a month ago when I became interested again, because I had bought a pretty good processor and, with the idea of using it to work, play and why not, try to mine something that could be with processor.
Cuando me llegaron los componentes y arme el computador, empece a investigar sobre como minar con CPU y que monedas podía, tomando la decisión de utilizar unos hilos del procesador para poner a minar y acumular lo minado para un futuro, esta moneda que decidí entrar es Raptoreum y, aunque con una sola CPU, no es mucho el poder de minado que genera, se me dio la oportunidad de comprar otra Ryzen aunque de primera generación, aprovechando que tenía una motherboard A320 disponible en casa y la RAM, con estas dos CPU decidí iniciar.
When I got the components and assembled the computer, I began to investigate how to mine with CPU and what coins I could, making the decision to use some processor threads to put to mine and accumulate the mined for the future, this currency that I decided to enter is Raptoreum and, although with a single CPU, it is not much mining power it generates, I was given the opportunity to buy another Ryzen but first generation, taking advantage of having a motherboard A320 available at home and RAM, with these two CPUs I decided to start.
Apenas tengo tres días desde que empece, el primero fue de aprendizaje, ya que aunque es algo sencillo, soy nuevo en esto y había cosas que no entendía del todo, así que el primer día con una CPU y por ignorancia trabajando 1 único hilo de los 12, solamente genero 2,9 RTM, pero al segundo día decidí seguir investigando el porqué del poder de minado tan bajo para esta CPU con 12 hilos de procesamiento, entre videos y foros encontré detalles que me aclararon la mente y ya al segundo día todo marcho diferente.
I have just three days since I started, the first was learning, because although it is something simple, I am new to this and there were things I did not fully understand, so the first day with a CPU and ignorance working 1 single thread of the 12, only generated 2.9 RTM, but the second day I decided to continue investigating why the mining power so low for this CPU with 12 processing threads, between videos and forums I found details that clarified my mind and the second day everything went differently.
También debo decir que únicamente pongo el Ryzen 5 a tope por las noches, ya que en el día necesito la computadora para mi trabajo y, mi esposa también la usa, así que desde que me levanto solo ocupo 4 hilos del CPU para esta tarea, y el Ryzen 3 siempre está en marcha con sus únicos 4 hilos las 24 horas del día hasta ahora.
I must also say that I only run the Ryzen 5 at full throttle at night, since I need the computer for my work during the day and my wife also uses it, so since I wake up I only use 4 CPU threads for this task, and the Ryzen 3 is always running with its only 4 threads 24 hours a day until now.
Quizás para muchos que tienen granjas y hardware tope de gama, generen más, pero por mi parte con esto que está generando a diario, aunque el precio del RTM esta por los 0.02 centavos, no me preocupo, ya que mis planes son guardarlos y quizás dentro de un año todo marcha bien y la moneda sube, utilizar eso para reinvertir en más equipo.
Maybe for many who have farms and top of the line hardware, they will generate more, but for my part with this that is generating daily, although the price of RTM is around 0.02 cents, I do not worry, as my plans are to save them and maybe in a year everything goes well and the currency rises, use that to reinvest in more equipment.
Por otro lado, compré dos AMD RX580 de 4 GB que me las vendieron a muy buen precio por Marketplace de Facebook y otras dos del mismo modelo de 8 GB, aún espero que lleguen la próxima semana, estas las destinaré por ahora, las de 4 GB a minar ETC y las de 8 dependiendo de la rentabilidad que generen entre ETC y Ethereum, decidiré que uso darles y con cuál moneda, esa es mi pequeña inversión por ahora, aunque ni tan pequeña, ya que en Venezuela el poder adquisitivo no es tan grande como en otros países, aproveche y con los ahorros que tenía, decidí iniciar en esto, esperando poder sumar más gráficas mensualmente y quizás más adelante poder completar por lo menos dos RIG de 6 tarjetas cada uno, espero poder lograrlo, por algo se empieza.
On the other hand, I bought two AMD RX580 of 4 GB that were sold to me at a very good price by Facebook Marketplace and two others of the same model of 8 GB, I still hope they arrive next week, these I will destine for now, the 4 GB to mine ETC and the 8 depending on the profitability they generate between ETC and Ethereum, I will decide what use to give them and with which currency, that is my small investment for now, although not so small, since in Venezuela the purchasing power is not as great as in other countries, I took advantage and with the savings I had, I decided to start in this, hoping to add more graphics monthly and perhaps later to complete at least two RIG of 6 cards each, I hope to achieve it, for something you start.
A medida que pase el tiempo les iré contando como me ha ido con este emprendimiento y lo que generaré mensualmente, por si mi experiencia en esto, anima a otros compañeros de mi país a intentarlo, también espero que a medida que pasen mis publicaciones, me aporten ideas para mejorar con el pasar del tiempo.
As time goes by I will tell you how I have done with this venture and what I will generate monthly, in case my experience in this, encourages other colleagues in my country to try it, I also hope that as my publications go by, they will give me ideas to improve as time goes by.
