Gatos in Paradise

When we came here we had to rehome our cats, 4 in total, and it was terribly heartbreaking, while they could not remain together, 3 of the 4 found homes, and the fourth succumbed to her old age while in the care of a friend. We have always had a kinship with cats and they tend to sniff us out, in fact one actually moved into our house quite brazenly, but that is another story. One of our first dining experiences was at a nearby sushi restaurant. We sat chatting quietly when we noticed a lurking furball. We presumed she was friendly and for the most part she was, provided you were handing out the fish lol. When we reached for a pet she quickly warned us with hard but clawless slaps to the hand. The want for food always brought her back, sweet and sassy she is.
