Weekend trip to Córdoba!

I am going to talk about my weekend trip to Cordoba from a couple month ago. This was one of my first Videos I made.

At the 30 November and 1 December 18 was the G20 Buenos Aires summit, a meeting of the 20 most important people in the world. It was the first one in South America.

For security reasons they closed all the roads within the centre where I lived. They shut down public transportation and the nearby security was really bad. Policeman all over the streets.

Since I lived within this area I had to do get away and made a weekend trip to Cordoba which is the 3 biggest city of Argentina with 1.3 million Inhabitants.

Cordoba is famous for its architecture and all the students and schools. It also has one of the most important university’s in Argentina. The City is full of young people what makes it an amazing place to party and have a good time.

There are direct flights from Buenos Aires or buses that take around 7 hours. Since I was traveling on a budget I decided to take the bus. Since it was over night I had the chance to get some sleep to be ready for the arriving day. Buses are the most used transportation in South America because of the cheap prices and special offers. Flights are sometimes couple 100 dollars more expensive.

I slept in a hostel near the Cordoba city center in a big room with 6 beds. Restaurant, bars, churches and all the important spots were nearby or in walking distance. There are a lot of activitys outside town like, hiking the surounding mountains, renting a bycicle or going to the zoo. It you have the time, try to go for more than just a weekend since its not enough to see all the place offers in 2 days.
