Fourth Kedarnath Shri Rudranath Ji Yatra, from Pung Bugyal to dense forest 25/05/2018 (Part-2)

After walking a little distance, I met the Bengali family who had come with me. They said come along with me. I agreed and slowly moved ahead. There was greenery and beautiful fields all around. People working in the fields. Now the forest was starting. Ahead, at a turn, honey and juice of Budhas flower was being sold in a shop. After a while I reached the first Parav Pung Bugyal, where a Malaysian lady was sitting, she was going on a horse. She was happy to see me and said you have come. Come let us have tea. I also took out some snacks and dates from my bag and gave them to them. Their guide Satish ji was from Haridwar, he was also going on Shri Rudranath ji Yatra for the first time. He was on foot. Leaving him to rest, I left after 15 minutes. As soon as the Bugyal ends, a dense forest begins. On moving ahead, at one place I was not able to find the way. The leaves of the trees had covered the way. I started thinking what to do. I kept waiting for about half an hour for someone to come there. Then the ringing of bells indicated the arrival of horses. Both were women from Malaysia.

I asked about their guide Satish ji, she said he was following behind. After some time Satish ji also came and now both of us started moving ahead. Going ahead we found a water source where it was written on a board that fill water from here as water will not be available for 9 km ahead. We drank the water and filled the bottle and moved ahead.

कुछ ही दुर चलने के बाद मेरे साथ आए बंगाली फेमिली से मुलाकात हुइ. बोले साथ साथ चलिये. मैने हामी भर धीरे धीरे आगे बढ़ गया. चारों ओर हरियाली सुन्दर खेत. खेतो में काम करते लोग. अब जंगल आरम्भ हो रहा था. आगे एक मोड़ पर दूकान में बुढ़ास के फ़ुल का शहद और जुस बिक रहा था. थोड़ी देर बाद मैं पहला पराव पुन्ग बुग्याल पहुंच गया वहा मलेशियाइ महिला बैठी थी, वे घोड़े पर जा रही थी. मुझे देख खुश हो बोली आप आ गये. आइये चाय पिते है. मैने भी अपने बैग से कुछ नमकीन व खजूर निकालकर दिया. उनका गाइड सतीश जी हरिद्वार से थे, वे भी पहली बार श्री रुद्रनाथ जी यात्रा पर जा रहे थे. वे पैदल ही थे. उन्हे अराम करता छोड़ 15 मिनट बाद मैं चल दिया. बुग्याल समाप्त होते ही घना जंगल शुरू हो जाता है. आगे बढ़ने पर एक जगह मुझे रास्ता का पता नहीं चल पा रहा था. पेड़ों के पत्ते ने रास्ते को ढक दिया था. मैं सोच मे पड़ गया क्या करू. मैं लगभग आधा घण्टा वही किसी के आने का इंतजार करता रहा. तभी घंटीयों के बजने से घोड़े के आने का आभास हुआ. दोनों मलेशिया वाली महिला थी.

मैने उनके गाइड सतीश जी के बारे में पुछा, वे बोली पिछे आ रहा है. कुछ देर बाद सतीश जी भी आ गये अब हम दोनो आगे बढ़ने लगे. आगे जाकर एक पानी का स्त्रोत मिला जहा एक बोर्ड पर लिखा था कि पानी यहाँ से भर ले आगे 9 km तक पानी नहीं मिलेगा. हमने पानी पिकर बोतल को भर लिया और आगे बढ़ गये.
