Research indicates that exercise and fasting are crucial for achieving a balanced and healthy body. These practices not only aid in weight loss but also help regulate various essential aspects of our bodily functions. Despite appearing healthy, many individuals struggle with internal issues, underscoring the importance of maintaining a healthy diet, fasting regularly, and engaging in physical activity.

Doing these three main things has been my goal for the past few months now, and I can say I've been seeing great results, but it is not always like that. There was a time when I was only working out, but I was not eating healthy, and I was only adding fat and not muscle. It was not until I did more research that I changed so many things about how I approach my fitness.

When I started my fitness journey, my goal was to be bulky because I thought the bulky would look good on me, which it does. I was so fresh, and everybody was praising me for what I looked like, and most times it made me feel good But my stomach started getting bigger, and I was out of shape. It reached a point where if I wanted to go out, I had to wear big shirts to cover my stomach, and I was not feeling comfortable anymore. That was when I added fasting and a good diet to my plan, and everything changed.

Change is always demanding

I added intermittent fasting to my plan, and what this simply means is that I don't eat for a certain time. my plan was simple I eat from 12 pm to 4 pm and the remaining 20 hours will be water fasting. When I started this plan, it was not easy because I had to cook myself, and sometimes I didn't even have the strength to cook by myself because I would be starving, I did not take it slow, I just jumped into intermittent fasting directly, which was very demanding but after a week or two, I started adjusting to the change, and now it has become a part of me.

If you want to eat healthy, you have to learn how to cook yourself, and it is not always straightforward because of cravings. Most of the things you crave are junk and some of the best food you want might not be at home, and you don't want to buy food in restaurants because you don't know what they are using to cook it. cooking at home is a lot of work, but I get used to it.

It all comes back

Sticking to your workout and maintaining a healthy diet, including intermittent fasting, will yield great results. You'll notice a significant increase in your energy levels, allowing for better focus and clarity. Although it may not be easy, sticking to the plan will help you achieve a shredded physique.

My morning walk

I was able to do some chores before leaving home yesterday but today was different because I woke late and I had to rush down to the gym and I chose to walk to the gym again today. Yesterday was great. After all, I was able to smash my record of daily calories burned because I burned 1300 calories yesterday and today I wish I could do the same today.

Intermittent fasting is really good in maintaining a healthy body. Most of the time, we eat food out of want instead of out of need and this has a way of getting us overindulgence on food cravings.

Health is wealth, no doubt. Taking into consideration all that is needed to maintain our health, living is important. I applause you for putting effort into ensuring that your fitness is better.

Danm, I really need to hit gym of in order to get a good fitness for myself. I have been out procrastinating a lot and been too busy to make out time for gym. I need to get a good body shape...even if it would take me 6 months.

What ate the diet and exercise to take?

Wow, nice progress. I have just been walking every single day and I agree that I feel better after making sure that I do some physical exercise. I should probably do more than just walking but I haven't gotten around to it.
