Alex, The Mountain Rider

avatar

It was a difficult moment for Alex as he watched the fog cover the mountain. He was almost at the finishing point when he realized the fog had spread to the other part of the mountain. If he can't see beyond the fog, it was a dangerous step to ride through it. He stopped at the cleft of the mountain, thoughts ran through his mind, it was his only chance to emerge the winner.

He had been here before, and that's what had given him the advantage over other riders. The other bikers were getting close, he could hear the sound of their engines as he stood puzzled about what to do next.

He kicked his bike trusting his guts to guide him down the cleft. He wasn't sure what lied ahead, but he was ready to take the risk. Slowly he rode believing he'll escape the fog

What I see.

A mountain, a fog, and a biker. This only signifies a mountain rider either in a contest or training caught up within the fog and must have been wondering the next step to take as he stopped at the cleft of the mountain.

This is in response to the pic100 Contest by @freewritehouse. The contest is still active for participation

Wow, I admire Alex's faith in his guts! 😄 He's brave. But who are the other bikers? I hope he doesn't end up somewhere deep and dark. Well done. !PIZZA

Alex took a huge risk especially with the thick fog which could hamper visibility, but he trusted his gut and it didn't fail him.

I believe he needed that win, and didn't mind going extra mile for this

I'm sure Alex did escape the fog and come out the winner eventually.

It was a good thing Alex had been there before. He should not have been puzzled about what to do next since he clearly had an advantage over the other bikers. I was happy to hear that he still took the path clowly so that no mishaps would occur.

Thanks for sharing this story. Take care.

That's lovely to hear. Some individuals are able to overcome it; while others aren't. Take care.
