Rise, Roar, and Revolt

The drums of war resonate, the air is warm
How long will the Nightingale continue to chirp?
How long would your anger remain Subdued?
Rise, oh mortal, roar until your captive flee

The wind whispers, can't you hear it?
In your land you've been made strangers
Even the river roars, in her cries are plea for revolt
Rise up, oh warrior, Let the Lion in you roar

Do not feel comfortable in those chains
Let the future of your children be your inspiration
Why allow darkness loot the smile that once painted the skies
Arise and Revolt, there's no peace without war

Rise from your slumber, Let your veil fall off
Roar in anger, the years of joy you've been denied
Revolt, that's your only path to freedom
The gong beat loud, the mountain roars, the wind speaks, be still and listen

I can understand, sometimes I just wonder why people have to be in bondage in the first place.

Nevertheless, we all must thrive

Being in bondage sometimes happens without one's will. But it's one duty to break out from it

This poem is both beautiful and evokes strong emotions! Listening to nature and working to make life better is the goal.

Yeah, we all at a point need to strive, and take up what belongs to us
