Starting Life once more
Growing up in an African setting was fun. The stream bath, bathing in the rain, the hunting, the games, the African mum upbringing, etc. Is memorable. Everything seemed perfect in our culture and tradition and the dramas made us want to become Africans over and over again. Along the line into adulthood, everything changed, gradually corruption creeped in, our culture lost her hold, and our government made life unbearable. In my country, the education and life of her youths is no longer a concern to the government, and everything keeps crumbling everyday. If there was such a thing as grace to be reborn, I would want to be reborn in America.
Yeah! I said the United States of America. I love my country Nigeria, I love my culture and tradition but if I want to fulfill my present dreams easily, I'll need to be reborn in a different country where the government values its citizens and a place where the system of governance is functional. Imagine being born in a country where her government is concerned about your growing up to adulthood, a country where the government values the life of every one of her citizens, a country where the educational system is standard, a country where life at all cost is made easy and where there are opportunities for her youths. Such a country offers plenty of opportunities for growth.
I will not enjoy the Africa games, dances, foods, and the rest but I'll grow up under an atmosphere that's functional and well for development and expansion. The pressure for youths here is high, I may not know how it is over there but I know that it's fairer than the pressure we experience here. I'll grow up with a dream that wouldn't be waived off by parents who prefer that you study what they feel is lucrative. A job will probably await me immediately after graduation provided I graduate with a good grade and I'll be sure that the future of my children is secure .

Nigeria is a good country endowed with many natural gifts if not for our corrupt government. America is a good country too and has bright bright opportunities for its citizen...we hope to make it wherever we find ourselves 🤩👍
