As I curated art content over the past three months by simply voting and reblogging what I voted on, I was looking for a reason to use Hive as I kind of felt lost. Do I curate content only, play Splinterlands or just make passive income with Pools. Well, it was not long before I found myself really appreciating the NFTs, Hive artists and especially communities like Let's Make A Collage(@lmac).

What stood out to me the most was the participation by a lot of people with this community. I started noticing 30-50% of posts I would see each day curating art was from average Hivians and artists participating in Let's Make A Collage. I still see these amazing collages everyday even in Neoxian's front end for Hive, https://www.neoxian.city/ where I focus my curation for art mostly now, and what spurred me to write this very post.

There is not much for me to explain to anyone with this post that is intended to bring awareness to this great communtiy on Hive as @agmoore, @mballesteros, @quantumg and @shaka have done a great job building a community that is pretty clear and intuitive. The name Let's Make A Collage says it all and when you travel to their community page on HiveLet's Make A Collage, they have their rules spelled out very clearly:

I have to be honest, I agree that a 20% beneficiary is steep but LMAC is one of the most supported communities on Hive from what I have seen in my travels around the art tag of late. It is a good thing to set beneficiaries to posts anyways when frequently supported by communities or the large stake holders of Hive as they support you with the community rewards pool.

If you are a graphics designer, artist or just someone looking to play around with cool graphic design apps and can follow simple rules; than I suggest having fun in this community making collages on Hive.

The crisp blues and whites caught my eye here. Also the woman was wall placed to give a nice focal point that added dimension to everything here!

I was trying to put less than day old collages in this post but this is probably the Best Collage I have seen yet in the LMAC community! What do you think? @mitag2398 really pulled this off beautifully! This would make a killer NFT. Are they licensed to be able to mint?

Where do you fit into the City of Neoxian?

A lot of people come here and get sucked into the friendliness of our server. Some people want to take on roles in the city, others just want to chat and have a good time. There's nothing wrong with either!
