Base on the analysis made on the actual energy consumption that mining Cryptos has consumed,it is said that only bit coin only consumed up to a half percentage of the electricity consumption in the world which is a massive amount of energy,the net zero emission agenda will be of a great advantage to the massive as it will stop the rise in high cost of energy and also prevent climatic pollution,according to a tweet on earth day,ripple repeatedly stated their passion to battle the issue of global climate crisis,this goal has been ongoing for years now and over $150 million donation has been disbursed so far.

The issues of the block chain to be a decarbonized system is a pressing matter that needs attention and this has been the goal of ripples in partnership with energy web foundation,the aim is to create a source tools that will allow block chain to decarbonize by purchasing renewable energy in the local market.
