Why I am investing my time and HIVE into ARCHON project
I have been posting about this project for several weeks on @ecoinstats, but I believe there is a real need, as mentioned in my last post to step up and experiment new forms of governance.
This is why I am supporting ARCHON. To build a better future.
The dynamics are there. This project was built with lessons learned from previous tribes experience.

Lets first take a look at governance. GP is an algorithm calculated by stake, combining ARCHON stake with ARCHONM miner holdings. This is then used for a number of things, for now to generate a daily curation digest.
These posts do not need to use the archon/upfundme tags, but they represent a 'wisdom of the archon crowd' that comes automated everyday. This feature will only grow stronger distribution is spread around to more accounts.
Many people on the current list got their through the various airdrops to UFM and UFMM holders. But ARCHON is a new tribe. And it is built for success.
There are only and ever only 1000 ARCHONM miner tokens.
ARCHONM hybrid lottery/fixed miners pay 50% of the tribe inflation, as well as hive rewards. Once they are all sold at 20 hive each, who knows how the market will value them, as they will serve a very important place in the governance of the tribe, and share in the HIVE rewards of it as well.
Currently there are only 200 left, and most people have never even heard of this token.
ARCHON itself is also scarce. It has a low inflation,and plans continuous development of projects that will use and burn ARCHON. The first of which is @doubledice.
@doubledice is a HIVE gaming account, that allows you to play with tokens such as ARCHON, SIM, BATTLE, HUSTLER, as well as UFM from steem, and roll dice! If the number you guess in your memo (from 1 - 6) is on one of the two dice, you will earn 2.7x your bet. If both dice land on your number, its 7.2x!
This is a small start, but the developments will continue. Each automation will continue to expand the use of the tribe, and the payback that each participant gets for being a part of this experimental governance.

I need to remember to start using the hashtag. I was only using UFM when I did my fundraising posts and never did it generally.
The crypto winter battered our fundraising dreams, but one of the ARCHON projects I am interesting in working on is bringing upfundme to hive. how that would work is still in progress, but cryptofund raising is possible! just easier when the markets moon 🤣
I thought archon was just replacing ufm for the hive chain?
it is a new tribe. UFM will continue on steem....for as long at that continues to be a thing. But ARCHON is OPEN - and has new numbers. Lower token supply, lower inflation. I bought a bunch and am trying to help brand it. Lots of ideas in the discord, if you have some great ideas we want to hear them! Its the same discord as UFM.
I was wondering what was up with the Archon tokens I had in my wallet. I think I sold them lol but I wonder if I could grab some. Is there a tag that people use to curate them?
What is the content of Archon, is it similar to PALNet where it's general posting? That's one of my hesitancy with some of these new tokens, I don't want to post spam in them but I wouldn't mind including them in my post tags!
Yes, ARCHON curates both #archon and #upfundme tags.
It is general posting, but I personally prefer OPEN development, Open source, Open science, projects and other things that real human beings document about their progress in life.
Cool thanks for the feedback. I don't have any of those types of things in my posts so I don't think I'll be using the Archon tag lol unless you don't mind photos of me fixing cars and stuff!
Try using the UpFundMe tag. We aren't picky - every body is funding something right?
