Previously, I had concluded my adventure at the entrance of the dungeon where the final boss of Grimn Dawn is hidden. So from this point I continue what will be my last battle and my last adventure in this game.

Luckily I have a secret pro-gamer technique that I developed in this game, which consists of making all the monsters line up when passing through a door and thus I avoid being attacked from different sides.

At first I fought with fear, but I realized that I was almost immune to the effects of his area spells, which caused me to become more confident and defeat him with ease.

No habían pasado ni siquiera un minuto desde mi entrada a esta nueva zona y ya me encontraba peleando con uno de los generales “Habalgar, El Dedicahuesos”. Al principio combatía con temor, pero me percaté de que era casi inmune a los efectos sus hechizos en área, lo cual ocasionó que tomara más confianza y lo derrotara con facilidad.

El segundo general no demoró en aparecer y esta vez sí tuve muchísimo cuidado, ya que entre sus poderes había uno que producía daño de veneno. Esto no sería un problema si no fuese por un pequeñísimo problema y es que mi equipamiento tiene todas las resistencias altas menos esa.

Al acceder a la sala me encuentro con “Theodin Marcel, El Maestro de la Carne” incrustado a la pared. Empiezo a atacarlo mientras él invoca monstruos que vienen hacia mí. Aquí juega a mi favor el hecho de que yo sea un pistolero a que puedo atacar desde lejos y me da tiempo a reaccionar a sus hechizos.

So the first part of the fight passes and I manage to lower Theodin's life which causes him to enter his second phase. This new phase consisted in that the boss separates from the wall and begins to chase us to attack closely, while summoning enemies and from time to time a whirlwind of ethereal energy.

Así transcurre la primera parte del combate y logro bajarle la vida a Theodin lo cual provoca que entre en su segunda fase. Esta nueva fase consistía en que el jefe se separa de la pared y comienza a perseguirnos para atacar de cerca, a la vez que invoca enemigos y de vez en cuando unos torbellinos de energía etérea.

It takes a little longer, but I finally manage to adapt to the mechanics and I manage to lower the enemy's life to zero. But this one has a third phase, which I call the God phase. In this phase he adopts a form, which is almost a blatant copy of the design of the angels in DIABLO. This phase makes everything more difficult and more on Legendary difficulty. The boss combines the attacks of the first and second phase, increases his physical damage and mobility.

Demoro un poco más, pero al fin logro adaptarme a la mecánica y logro bajar a cero la vida del enemigo. Pero este posee una tercera fase, la cual yo llamo la fase Dios. En esta fase adopta una forma, la cual es casi una copia descarada del diseño de los ángeles en DIABLO. Esta fase hace que todo sea más difícil y más en dificultad Legendaria. El jefe combina los ataques de la primera y segunda fase, aumenta su daño físico y su movilidad.

I won't lie to you that it was easy to defeat him because it was not. It took me 4 tries and changing equipment several times to finally get him dead. But I did it. I kept my promise to protect the refugees. I eliminated the ethereal threat once and for all.

No les mentiré diciendo que fue fácil derrotarlo porque no lo fue. Me tomó 4 intentos y cambiar varias veces el equipamiento para al final lograr darle muerte. Pero lo logré. Cumplí mi promesa de proteger a los refugiados. Eliminé de una vez por todas la amenaza etérea.

And so this is the end. Here end my adventures in Grim Dawn. The story does not end here, because I have the Forgotten Gods DLC, but I want to give the opportunity to other games and vary a little the content I publish in the community. Y pues este es el final. Aquí acaban mis aventuras en Grim Dawn.
