Hi liketu friends, I'm here again to share with you the new thing I made a few hours ago.

You may know that I was doing exercises here at home, the next day I was very sore, but I could not stay static, so I went for a walk and clear my mind a little with a friend, her name is Jessica and she is a very nice girl, she accompanied me all afternoon and we were talking about many things, it was really a different afternoon to what I normally do, I hope to do it more often with many more friends, from time to time it is good to distract and change the routine a little, don't you think?

I know my muscles will thank me, tomorrow I will go back to the bars and cardio, I hope to improve and eat healthy, to continue looking for significant changes in my body.
