Without a doubt, being constant is a positive quality, it shows that you can stay calm and focused, even in difficult or unpredictable situations, it is important not to let emotions or external factors get in the way of your goals, being constant can also give others confidence in your abilities and leadership.
However, it is important to find a balance between stability and flexibility, sometimes unexpected changes force us to adapt and adjust our plans, it is okay to reevaluate and make changes when necessary, as long as we remain calm and level-headed, in general, I think being constant is a great quality, but let's remember that we must also be open to change and growth.
When you are consistent, you are reliable, people know they can count on you to be there when you say so and that you will deliver on your commitments, this can help build strong interpersonal relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
