La amistad, es uno de los tesoros mas grande que tiene el ser humano, conectar de maneras inimaginables con otra persona en un amor fraterno es un sentimiento único.

A lo largo de mi vida he cosechado buenas amistades, personas en quienes confió plenamente y que me han sostenido en tiempo difíciles.

De todas ellas hoy hablare de una de ellas mi amiga Karina, con ella he compartido momentos únicos, nacimos con 14 días de diferencias, aunque básicamente nos conocimos en pre escolar, y nos reencontramos cuando iniciamos el bachillerato, y ha sido mi cómplice, somos físicamente opuestas, ella extrovertida yo pues lo contrario, pero tenemos una gran amistad.

Experiencias vividas muchas, desde códigos para algún chico que nos gustara, miradas cómplices, carcajadas a montón, tristezas, hemos sido guías en algún momento de nuestra vida, nuestros primogénitos nacieron con 38 días de diferencia y si para el 2015 ambas estábamos embarazas ella tuvo una niña y yo un niño.

Hoy en día esta pasando un momento difícil, hace poco tuvo un colapso emocional, las preocupaciones, la situación financiera, el trabajo, las actividades extras, la casa, las cosas que quizás quiere y aun no tiene, las cargas familiares hicieron mella en su vida hasta que su mente dijo ya no más.

Tuvo episodios de mucho estrés tanto que hasta dijo algunas cosas incoherentes, pero el descanso, amor, paciencia y contención de su familia ha logrado que ella poco poco salga a delante.

Entre mi trabajo y otras actividades estuve de manera presente vía telefónica, pero ayer nos reunimos, después de una semana, porque antes de ese episodio ella me había visitado en casa, y me comento algunos de esos problemas que le aquejaba y que como buenas amigas siempre conversamos y hemos sido soporte una de la otra

Mi amiga estaba, pálida ojerosa, tranquila, con la voz baja y seria pero no molesta, solo no sonreía, conversamos me conto como se sentía con la situación que se sentía temblorosa y en algunas veces sentía desconfianza hacia otras personas, pero esta consciente que es un proceso y ya sabe que debe dejar de hacer ciertas cosas para ir recuperando su vida.

Y lo que más me llena de alegría fue que pese a todo la hice reír, porque si soy payasa jajaj y no es que sea super chistosa, sino que la forma como digo las cosas hacen reír, y en realidad me gusta hacer sentir bien a la gente y más si está pasando un momento particular, me dijo tenia días sin reír y eso me satisface.

Nuestra amistad tiene muchos años alrededor de 25 años de los 36 que ambas tenemos, y hemos pasado de todo, pero siempre ha imperado el respeto, el cariño, la confianza, el amor, la hermandad, hemos pasado a veces meses sin vernos por nuestras ya ocupadas vidas, pero, siempre somos las mismas.

No importa lo lejos o lo cerca que estes, si tu amigo o amiga está pasando una situación difícil, esta presente con mensajes llamadas y si los puedes ver mucho mejor, no sabes la alegría que puedes ser en la vida de ellos.

Los amigos son esa familia que eliges por afinidad son alimento para nuestra alma..

Friends are food for the soul💙.

Friendship is one of the greatest treasures that human beings have, to connect in unimaginable ways with another person in a brotherly love is a unique feeling.

Throughout my life I have harvested good friendships, people in whom I fully trust and who have supported me in difficult times.

Of all of them today I will talk about one of them, my friend Karina, with her I have shared unique moments, we were born with 14 days of differences, although basically we met in pre-school, and we met again when we started high school, and has been my accomplice, we are physically opposite, she extroverted and I the opposite, but we have a great friendship.

We have lived many experiences, from codes for a boy we liked, complicit looks, laughter a lot, sadness, we have been guides at some point in our lives, our firstborns were born 38 days apart and if by 2015 we were both pregnant she had a girl and I had a boy.

Today she is going through a difficult time, she recently had an emotional breakdown, worries, financial situation, work, extra activities, house, things she maybe wants and still doesn't have, family burdens took a toll on her life until her mind said no more.

She had episodes of great stress so much that she even said some incoherent things, but the rest, love, patience and containment of her family has allowed her to move forward little by little.

Between my work and other activities I was present via telephone, but yesterday we met, after a week, because before that episode she had visited me at home, and she told me some of those problems that afflicted her and that as good friends we always talked and we have always supported each other.

My friend was pale, haggard, quiet, with a low and serious voice but not upset, just not smiling, we talked, she told me how she felt with the situation that she felt shaky and sometimes she felt distrustful of other people, but she is aware that it is a process and she knows that she must stop doing certain things to recover her life.

And what fills me with joy was that despite everything I made her laugh, because I am a clown hahaha and it is not that I am super funny, but the way I say things make people laugh, and I really like to make people feel good and more if they are going through a particular moment, she told me she had not laughed for days and that satisfies me.

Our friendship has many years around 25 years of the 36 that we both have, and we have gone through everything, but respect, affection, trust, love, brotherhood has always prevailed, sometimes we have gone months without seeing each other because of our busy lives, but we are always the same.

No matter how far or how close you are, if your friend is going through a difficult situation, he or she is present with messages, calls and if you can see them even better, you don't know what a joy you can be in their lives....

Friends are that family that you choose by affinity are food for our soul ....
