Greetings community of artists, I hope you are doing very well, having a good time... Today I'm here again to participate this week in Splinterlands Art Contest Week 284! with a nice drawing of one of the cards in this game...

The element chosen in this opportunity, was the noble fire 🔥, like the nymph MEPHIT that represents it, although its task is the one of service, like heating food, lighting fireplace, because it is very similar to the domestic labors that many of us use daily, so it seemed to me a good way to honor the fire with these so daily and simple tasks but of great vital importance.

This drawing, I made it with watercolors and watercolor colors, and a recycled sheet, in addition to using mechanical pencil and eraser for the realization of the art.

I began with a sketch of the drawing of the nymph, this with mechanical pencil, almost not appreciated in the first image, then I continued with the part of the back, the arms and the dress of the fire nymph.

While I was drawing it was very hot, so it looked like the power of the nymph in this house 😅, then I continued with the flames and finally the face, I almost always do them last because for me it represents the greatest difficulty.

Once ready, I began to apply the watercolors, I started with the yellow of the fire, then the dress and the skin... after drying the watercolor which is super fast, I applied the watercolor colors, to make shadows, of the flames, the skin and the dress. I also painted the haunting eyes.
